They go the extra mile to figure out the problem and offer finance options when your pocket book isn't prepared for those unexpected repairs. I didn’t end up getting any work done after all, but they were honest with me about everything while we tried figuring things out. During this time, they were willing to let me store my car there until I figured out what I needed to do. I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere because of an external issue, nothing to do with Brent and AAMCO. Brent is very attentive to your needs and is well-received. They completed a free diagnostic on my car and they told me everything that needed to be addressed. They were very cooperative while I tried figuring things out for my car, even when I communicated I was going to end up picking my car up and not having any services done with them. I would still recommend them from a customer service standpoint, and I’m sure they do good work!

Brent is an absolute prince! He took the time to explain everything in detail and made it a priority to get me back on the road. To have your transmission go out on a solo cross-country trip is stressful enough; and to find a shop that made me feel so well taken care of is a huge blessing. Thank you, Brent and crew.
