I want to give a huge shoutout to A1 Towing and Recovery, and especially to Ryan, for their incredible, life-saving service during an unbelievably stressful situation. My boyfriend was stuck in a life-or-death situation, having spent the entire night waiting for his car to be fixed with no luck. I called around to nearly eight tow truck services, and all of them let me down. But when I reached out to A1 Towing, it was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Ryan immediately understood the urgency of the situation and was more than ready to help. Despite not even knowing exactly where my boyfriend was, Ryan quickly figured out the location I gave him and got there in record time. His quick thinking and speed were nothing short of impressive. Not only did he arrive fast, but he also acted immediately to help my boyfriend, who was on the verge of passing out at the time. Ryan’s professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for the situation went far beyond my expectations. In a time when I thought we had nowhere else to turn, Ryan and A1 Towing came through like heroes. This company deserves far more than just a 5-star rating, and I will be forever grateful for their service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there when we needed you most!

Ryan came out, took a 26 foot Mercedes sprinter off the side of the road in less than three minutes. Really help us out. Got us to where we need to go to get our repairs done awesome. Awesome job.

Best damn towing in the tri state area!! I was in a bind and my tire blew on 81. All the providers in the area declined or wanted to charge 250 to come help. These guys saw me and out the kindness of their heart offered help! IF YOU EVER NEED SOMEONE CALL THEM!!!

The owner of A1 towing went out of his way to help me out! I was on a back road with little service in a rural area that I did not know. The passenger side of my vehicle was stuck a small creek and the wheels were trapped deep in mud. The closest marker was a pig pen. They were able to locate me and skillfully remove my car with no damage. The price was very reasonable and payment was easy with tap to pay. The owner was even nice enough to help me drive my vehicle back to the nearest four lane road. Very appreciative of him and his crew!
