I’m returning Customer last time I got a tire and wheel balanced. This time I went to get an alignment for a 2015 Dodge Caravan. Price was around the same price as everywhere else. But you also need to put in mind that other places do not have time to give you the service that instant. I just called and then I arrived there about 10 minutes later and they started to do the alignment didn’t take that long. Great friendly staff, clean environment. They have a nice cool waiting room have water. They offered different types of services. A gentleman was there to pick up his vehicle. I believe for transmission services maybe oil change not sure I didn’t ask. I just overheard.

It's hard to find an honest and a genuinely good mechanic but I finally found one. Harry is one of the nicest and knowledgeable mechanics I've met. He's very detail oriented and his quality of work really shows. If you have a Lotus or any other cars that are bit more complicated to work on, I would definitely trust Harry and his crew.

Went to A1 for an oil change and brake fluid flush on the Evora. Harry knows these cars and gives the time, care and attention to do a great and thorough job. Spotted a Lotus Esprit there as well.

The mark up for my parts were 180%. I essentially paid $380 to replace spark plugs. Look at the receipt. Parts should have been no more than $100. When I asked about how much the mark up was, Allen said he didn't have to tell me. So the 180% mark up is my estimate. Look at the receipt for yourself and do some price comparisons. Rip off. It took them 1.5 hours of labor to change spark plugs. My car is a four cylinder car that does not require any removal of engine covers and the spark plugs and wires are easily accessible. I felt compelled to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR).
