ASAP Glass was recommended by MI to replace our broken glass from our living room. Owner from ASAP come out quickly to take measurements, and we received an estimate shortly after. I was told by the owner we needed to pay in order for them to order the glass for the window. We paid and within a few days our window was ready to be installed. Two guys arrived , both started working immediately, one on the inside the other on the outside, when the guy on the inside noticed and notified the guy outside that the replacement glass they ordered didn’t match our inside. They immediately called the office about the problem, and I informed them that the boss personally was on the job site and never asked once to go inside, or for that matter even asked for any information to reassure that they order the correct glass replacement with the correct inside grid color. So I was contacted by ASAP the next day pretty much telling me that our windows are older, not even 9 years old, and that they seriously doubt that they can get the correct glass replacement, or even a complete new window from MI. Again I mentioned him, the boss not checking the inside, and it turned out to be true the window/glass couldn’t be replaced anymore. They could not help us in any way, except to suggest to install the glass with the brown grid inside instead of adobe finish! Now looking back they tried anything not to acknowledge their mistake, again this is supposed to be the owner, a professional, who should know his job. I actually was considering putting this mismatched window in, because I didn’t know what to do. However I quickly realized that this is simply not an option. I found a custom window installer and he was able to use my existing grid. I contacted ASAP Glass immediately and I was told that I will not get my money back, because I didn’t let the owner in the house! That was obviously a blatant lie, like I mentioned before, he never asked to go inside in the first place. However, again as a professional, he could have said I can not order the glass with clear conscience, or unless the customer would have to sign a waiver to allow the glass to be ordered. Nothing was ever signed! Another point I want to make, why was the other guy inside the house when he noticed the that the wrong glass was ordered? Makes no sense! I refused to except the wrong glass, which I have absolutely no use for in the first place and secondly it could seriously hurt someone! I would not recommend this business to anybody. They don’t acknowledge making a mistake, again they call themselves professional’s, and blame the customer for their incompetence. Not to mention refusing to return our money.

So I called today and asked them if they had any cancellations and they said that they will call me back and let me know so they told me that they can get me in at 3:00 in my case it was easier to drop it off early which was about 1:30 and leave it there until my wife got off at 5:00 it is now 7:00 and they just got done with it and the lady at the front had no answers except " would you like to reschedule?" Now the shop manager was a really nice guy and he is the only reason that they're getting two stars instead of one absolutely ridiculous never again

Do not take your car here. After having my car broken into and two windows broken on a Thursday night, I took my car here to the Eubank location on Friday to get them fixed. Several hours later ASAP auto glass called me and said that they needed "special tools" to replace my window, so I ubered back and drove my car to the location on Central. At the end of the day I was told they couldn't fix my windows and to bring it back on Monday. I took my car to a different company on Saturday and after only about 10 minutes I was told that the auto regulator had pieces missing and screws in the wrong places and that even if a new window was installed, it would just fall into the door. I would need to get a new one for $160. I've called ASAP Glass asking to speak with the owner or manager several times for some kind of accountability to be taken for the time and money I wasted bringing my car here, but was always told the owner would call me back. I was even told the auto regulator being broken was the reason they couldn't fix it, but if the auto regulator was beyond repair when ASAP received my car, are they implying that someone broke into my car door and took those pieces (pieces too large to go missing just by having the windows smashed)? What did they do with it for 7+ hours then? Several weeks later and I have not heard from the owner like I've been told I would, and I don't expect I will. Again, don't take your car here.

I took my vehicle there last week to get my windshield replaced. Picked it up- the rubber gasket is broken in several places and the metal that goes into my hood from the windshield is no longer snapping into place on either side. I took my vehicle in the next day. A receptionist took pics and said the owner would call me this Wednesday. Nothing. No call. So, I called today and was told that I couldn’t be prioritized. He barely got back in and had several other things to deal with. She couldn’t tell me when he would call me back or why I had to wait for the owner for a resolution. She said that’s just what they’ve always done. I paid out of pocket for the replacement and went there because Hyundai referred me to them. So far, I’ve not had good customer service and am not at all happy with the replacement. I should’ve gone to someone else.
