The owner was very upfront with everything. Had my car done when he said it would be done. My windshield washer fluid cap was missing when I took it in, I went to add windshield washer fluid today, and they had put a new cap on it for me, you don’t find service like this very often.

Had a transmission failing on my F-150. Jack was extremely thorough with the troubleshooting and repair of the transmission, while also being as cost effective as possible. Took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why. It may take longer than you plan on, but won't find better service

They sealed a tough leak in my transmission that I purchased from a separate business, then the owner of A Plus negotiated with the other company on my behalf in order to pay for the repairs. I've never been treated so well by a business before and couldn't recommend them enough.

Hands down one of the best mechanics for any transmission work. I was able to communicate my issues with the gentleman and he followed appropriately with everything. While my car was still their possession, they had fixed several other small things that were not even brought up nor to be fixed upon any requests yet going above and beyond, they have guaranteed my trust within them. Being honest, up front and communicative are essentials when looking for any professional help. 10/10 highly recommend this business.

So my shifter had got stuck/jammed up and my car would not start this place had my car for an entire week and was able to fix that issue but they completely ignored the other issue of the P R N D disappearing from the dash and refusing to go into gear so i take it back , it sat there another week and I was told it never did that for them which i find very hard to believe since I picked it up and it literally did it the next day. I would not recommend this hack of mechanic to anyone you could probably trust a crack head to fix your vehicle faster , cheaper, and the right way… EDIT . My dad and I replaced my neutral safety switch, they claimed to have adjusted which was a flat out lie because it hadn’t been touched since installed from the factory i am very disappointed with their service and lies
