Unfortunately my car needed to be repaired but fortunately a friend recommended Orlen and his great mechanics. Once they found the problem, Orlen called me and told me what they found and asked me if I wanted to proceed. I told him yes and that I wanted to see the parts he replaced and he agreed. The costs was reasonable and their hospitality is unmatched. Thank you Orlen, Alex and the receptionist, May. A phenomenal repair shop that I highly recommend.

Great experience at both Hempstead and Freeport locations. They are 1 of 3 mechanics I work with (schedule permitting) that I would trust with any vehicle and have no concerns regarding dishonesty or shoddy work.
