I went to LKQ Pick A Part because their website said that they had a Honda Pilot. They wouldn't say whether they had the part I needed or not. They charged me $5 just to get in the door. They didn't have a Honda Pilot. I called A Auto Salvage and they told me that they had a Honda Pilot, confirmed that the part that I wanted was still in it, hooked the battery up to a charger so I could test it before pulling it, and pulled the part for me. The difference in customer service was amazing. LKQ doesn't care about you, they care about how much they can get out of you. Everybody I dealt with at A Auto Salvage was friendly, helpful, and really helped me fix my car.
