This place is amazing. They are true, old school mechanics who are very thorough in every way! Words cannot express how amazing they are. They work with me for over 2 weeks. To ensure everything went smoothly. They had a few hiccups along the way.But that didn't stop them! Not only that, they educated me through the entire process, I would recommend them all day, every day you don't find people like this anymore! I am most definitely a loyal customer for life now 💕

I could not recommend these guys to anyone. Sounds like they are a bunch of crooks. They gave me an estimate on a job for $1800 that I got done somewhere else for $815. And the shop I had it done at was not a fly by night shop

I've taken my vehicle to Keith and Carmen so far 3 times. Their service was great. They told me what was wrong each time. One time the part they installed was defective so I had to go back and they replaced it for free. I love the warranty they have on their parts. It's not the mechanics fault if a part they order comes in defective. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Even though there is only 2 guys there, that I've seen, they do the work of a whole garage crew. Even though you don't have to make an appointment to be seen it's better to do so that way you are guaranteed a spot for service. They will try to fit you in the best they can if you don't have an appointment. So far I haven't seen any evidence of the bad reviews they've received. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for keeping me safely on the road.

My experience here could not have been any worse. I drive a BMW 335i and at the time had about 400 horsepower. Reason I took my vehicle there is because when I was driving it sounded like a hose popped off, and I lost all boost. I explained exactly that to the guy, he said okay they will take care of it and call me back. Fast forward a couple of days I get a phone call saying that my air intake was cracked. They had the balls to tell me that the one-year-old intake on my brand new vehicle was cracked. I took them at their word and said fix it which day did for just south of $400. When I go to pick my car up the guy wants to go on a test drive which I thought was weird, so we went and I turned around within a quarter of a mile because they didn't fix anything. My car would have lost to a model t in a race. Absolutely zero power. At the shop I look at him and said that they didn't fix the issue, they weren't going to reimburse what they lied about. The guy got the biggest attitude in the world while smoking his cigarette and blew the smoke directly in my face because I called them out on their BS. I also have witnesses to all of this if they want to try and lie about it. I then took my car to a shop that actually knows what they're doing and told him the exact same thing I told a1, they had the car fixed in 25 minutes because all they had to do was clamped the hose that popped off. My level of disgust with this place is through the roof and I don't want anybody else to have terrible experiences because good mechanics are hard to find... And if you want a good one, don't go here.
