A-1 All Night Service Baker

Towed me from just past Bakersfield to Las Vegas, I can’t remember the drivers name but he was a big grisly looking guy who was the most cheerful and courteous tow truck driver I ever met. This review is long overdue, going through my stuff I ran into your card and I just had to say how excellent the service was. Thanks to AAA & the Driver from A-1 All Night Service

The driver was accommodating, friendly and courteous. I have no complaint about the service. The charge of $12 per mile is far in excess of the typical towing cost which is $2 to $7. I think it's wrong to take advantage of someone in a time of crisis who has no other options.

Shout out to all the blue collar working people! They really are the backbone of our country! Dennis-wonderful Dennis-come to our rescue after our truck died on the first leg of Baker grade. AAA unfortunately gave him wrong phone number and GOS location. Dennis drove on the highway and found us! He rearranged his guys so we would have 2 trucks-1 for our dead truck and another for our 5th wheel. They towed both of our vehicles to Henderson. Not only is Dennis a nice guy, but wealth of knowledge of all the happenings of stalled/stuck vehicles between Vegas and California. Dennis-we can never thank you enough for saving us during this hot day! God love you! This company is so awesome!

20 minute wait. Matt E. Showed up quickly. We were on our way to CA from Vegas when the engine blew. Okay, so my husband did the money shift and the engine of the Golf R was mad. Matt picked us up and took us back up to Las Vegas quickly!! Enjoyed riding with him!! Nice guy, easy to talk to on the long drive!

These people charged me $25/mile ($960 for a tow from primm to Henderson). They definitely take advantage of the situation you’re in. I still gave 3 stars because the driver Eddie was nice. His boss is over charging people in bad situations. I’d say stay away, but if you’re calling them you probably have no other choice and they know it. Just be prepared to pay up.
