92nd Western Auto Repair Shop Introduce

92nd Western Auto Repair Shop, situated at 9155 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90047, USA, operates as an "Auto Repair Station" within the bustling automotive landscape of Los Angeles. As a business categorized under auto repair, it is expected to provide a range of services aimed at maintaining and repairing vehicles, from routine upkeep to addressing more complex mechanical issues.

The environment at 92nd Western Auto Repair Shop, based on available customer feedback, presents a mixed picture. While a physical auto repair shop typically features service bays, a waiting area, and a reception desk, the customer reviews provide specific insights into the transactional and interpersonal aspects of the environment rather than the physical layout. Unfortunately, the provided customer reviews suggest an environment where trust and clear communication may be lacking. One customer's experience highlights a situation where a quick fix, like tightening a screw, was allegedly overcharged, indicating a potential issue with transparent pricing. Another review speaks to a more severe concern, where a customer felt their oil change was not performed despite being charged, leading to a feeling of being "robbed." These accounts suggest an environment where customers might feel exploited or that their concerns are not adequately addressed, which can significantly impact their comfort and confidence during a visit.

As an "Auto Repair Station," 92nd Western Auto Repair Shop would typically offer a variety of services, including but not limited to: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections and repairs, battery checks and replacements, diagnostic services for engine lights and other vehicle issues, and general vehicle maintenance. The customer reviews explicitly mention an "oil change" as a service provided. However, the negative experiences detailed by customers bring into question the reliability and integrity of the services rendered. A core expectation for any auto repair station is to provide the services they charge for and to do so competently. When customers report paying for services that were not completed, or for minor tasks at what they perceive as exorbitant rates, it directly undermines the fundamental trust required in the auto repair industry.

The features of 92nd Western Auto Repair Shop, based solely on the provided customer feedback, regrettably lean towards a concerning trend rather than positive attributes. One prominent feature highlighted by a reviewer is what they perceived as "very overpriced pricing" for a minimal task. This suggests a lack of pricing transparency or a pricing structure that customers find to be unfair or disproportionate to the work performed. Another significant feature that emerges is the alleged failure to complete paid-for services, specifically an oil change, which points to a severe breakdown in service delivery and potentially fraudulent practices. The mention of the "Chinese owner" by a customer who felt "robbed" also introduces a demographic detail, but the core concern remains the alleged deceptive business practice. These features, unfortunately, are not indicative of a reliable or customer-centric establishment. A reputable auto repair shop is characterized by honest assessments, transparent pricing, and quality workmanship, none of which are reflected in the provided reviews. The advice for "single women be cautious" further implies a perception of vulnerability and potential targeting based on gender, adding another negative layer to the shop's perceived features.

Regarding promotional information, there is no positive promotional content available from the provided customer reviews. Instead, the customer feedback acts as a stark warning rather than an advertisement. The reviews implicitly advise potential customers to "shop around before committing," which is the opposite of promotional encouragement. Typically, auto repair shops offer deals, discounts, or loyalty programs to attract and retain customers. However, the experiences shared by these customers suggest that any potential promotional efforts would be overshadowed by significant concerns about the basic integrity of their services and pricing. In the absence of any direct promotional messaging, the available information from real customers serves as an extremely critical assessment of the business, implying that caution and thorough due diligence are necessary for anyone considering using their services.

In summary, 92nd Western Auto Repair Shop, located at 9155 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90047, USA, is an auto repair station that has received highly negative customer reviews. These reviews describe an environment where customers have experienced issues with what they perceive as disrespectful and overpriced billing, as well as alleged non-completion of paid-for services. While the shop is positioned within the auto repair category, the information available from customer feedback suggests a significant lack of transparency, fair pricing, and reliable service. For local users, the existing public sentiment, as evidenced by these reviews, strongly advises extreme caution and thorough consideration of alternative service providers before engaging with 92nd Western Auto Repair Shop for any vehicle repair or maintenance needs.

To tighten one screw took less than a minute and charged $20 for a screw that they forgot to tighten. In my opinion very disrespectful and very overpriced pricing. Please shop around before committing.

Do not go here, go somewhere else!!! He will scam you out of your money, he was suppose to repair my husband's car and he did not repair the car at all, he told us that it was already fixed but, we just kept having problems with the car. We went to another mechanic turns out the car engine was ruined, Gerry never fixed the car like he was suppose to. So, now we have to pay $2300 for the car to get repair by another mechanic. 😡😡😡😡😡, never go here, he will just take your money and will not fix anything.

Gerry is the owner. Very nice and personable. Very professional and great work. Reasonable fees. I Saved $50 on a brake job taking my car to him vs another mechanic.
