If you have any RV problems the RV Docter is the one to call hands down!!! We have used them several times now. The first issue was our slide out they were efficient and knowledgeable and Mattix got our issue solved. The second issue was our awning and water leak Scott came right out and got them both fixed his knowledge and experience is exceptional and we are very happy with their service highly recommend them .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unbelievably rude appalling service. The engineer I first dealt with was super nice but the customer service afterwards was appalling. I don’t tend to write reviews but having just had Randy hang up on me for no valid reason (she had a bad attitude from the start in dealing with her), it seems appropriate to write one. She was rude on the phone every time I spoke with her and then tells me I need to pick up my jack myself from the place they dumped it at having had them take it to get it repaired weeks ago and left it sat there. It’s honestly shocking for any company they’re still in business with the way she spoke to me and handled things. They have had my jack for a few weeks now and mismanaged the whole thing from saying at the beginning they were taking it to a place to get it fixed (the place they took it to doesn’t specialize in that so I’m not sure why they would take it there, I had to call around myself and find a place.) In the meantime they let it sit there and took a long time to get back to me to even let me know about it. They will probably have some smartass comeback to try and make it look like it was the other way around given the way Randy handled herself in conversation but Randy simply should not be in a customer care business since she cannot handle things well at all & will hang up on a customer and give a bad tone and attitude when a customer shows even the slightest of valid frustration over the way they have poorly handled things. She even told me not to contact “her mechanics” (her mechanic willingly gave me his number and said it was fine to contact him!) Just unbelievable. I’m now left having to get my jack back myself having waited weeks to even get to the bottom of where it was being held. They had both my husband’s and my number but were asked from the start to contact me and then would say they left a voicemail for my husband and never follow through with communication after I tried countless times to get ahold of anyone. I just can’t quite understand how they manage to stay in business with Randy there. The one star is for the mechanic who was very professional and pleasant. It’s a shame his good attitude hasn’t rubbed off on Randy. She needs some customer service training.

While staying in Paso Robles, we spoke to Mattixx from 877 RV Doctor while he was working at the RV Park we were staying at. He came right over when he was done and quickly diagnosed our furnace problem. Since Mattixx had to order a new motor for our furnace, we also spoke with Staci at the Colorado office and booked an appointment for our return trip one week later. Staci was very attentive, even calling us over the weekend to confirm. Mattixx was so friendly and knowledgeable and even diagnosed a bad fuse in our unit. We are so happy with RV Doctor and our repairs!

While on a trip where we were borrowing a relatives' RV we ended up having an issue with the onboard generator. I spoke with Scott on the phone to get some initial diagnostic guidance. Scott was super kind, very helpful, and helped me tremendously in ruling out user error (thank goodness!). I highly recommend giving them a call if you need mobile RV repair services. 5/5

This entire team was so amazing. They were flexible and responsive and proactive when we had an unexpected issue at the beginning of an extended trip from CA to AK. We highly recommend them!

So Thankful for these people! We needed immediate service with our slides and a "gremlin" in the electrical system. Susi was super helpful and patient with us getting Mattixx over to us in a pinch. We were stuck and needed to check out by noon! He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed an electric issue we had had two other techs look at in the past. Mattixx fixed it and we were on our way. Literally a blessing! If you need help call them.

I had no power to the house in my van while on a months long trip. Called RV doctor on a Saturday morning, and she put me in touch with Scott. He first tried to help me diagnose the issue on the phone. When it couldn't be resolved that way, he came to where I was and got to work. He found I had a faulty ground after going through my entire electrical system. He got me back up and running! Scott and Kyla are amazing! Thank you so much!!!

Had an issue with no power on my trailer while camping. Called the RV doctor and explained my issue and he was able to diagnose and tell me what to replace. Very friendly and he didn’t even need to come out. Great service.
