Brook had excellent communication and professionalism while we coordinated the replacement of Black Beauty's windshield. When he discovered deeper problems with the windshield, he sent me videos and clearly explained the issue, and my choices for repair. I received excellent service at the fairest price of the several glass companies I contacted. In addition, my windshield was a difficult one to calibrate, and Brooke cheerfully took the extra time and trouble to complete the task.

Great experience! It was nice to speak directly to the business owner and person who would install my windshield. Brooke’s was awesome and very friendly! I was quoted prior to installation and price was same at the end. Additionally, we even called my auto insurance together to see if it was covered which I was unaware you could do. I appreciated that Brooke’s offered and took the time to due so. Process to drop off vehicle was very easy and pick up too. Would happily use again and also recommend.

805 Windshield Repair did a great job. I called and left a message. Brooke called me back in less than 15 minutes. He gave me a quote once I sent him a photo of my VIN and I scheduled the windshield replacement the next day. He had the part in hand and got the job done in about 4 hours. First rate service and his price was $150 cheaper than SafeLite. I don't often give 5 stars but this guy did a truly 5-star job. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend them enough!!! Excellent communication during the entire process. Worked with me to get the best time to drop off and pick up times. Even gave my sister a ride back to my house (within AG) after dropping off my vehicle. Very fair pricing. I had to split my payment into two different forms and that was no problem.
