I wish I had looked at the reviews before dealing with this place and the owner , I took in amplifier to be sent in to the manufacturer they took my money and never sent the amp, every time I talked to him he said Jl Audio was so backed up .. 6 months later after complaining and asking about the amplifier and numerous calls with the manufacturer and this company I finally go in and demand to get my amp and money back , the owner makes me wait two more hours while he re arranges his counter and then bring my amp from the back. Refunds me my money and with a smug face says Thank you for your patience.. For 6 months they played me and literally lied straight to my face

Go to any other shop for upgrades for sound systems. Call the number and they do not answer. They direct you to their email address. They closed at 7 pm, but I wasn't able to pick up my truck until after 10pm. My amp/subwoofer fades in and out. They open at "9am" but you can't have your problem looked at until "after 12 noon"

Ordered a Radio and had a slight issue with the unit. Called Paul and he was very helpful on assiting me handle my issue. Sent the unit back to him and he sent me a brand new one back! Customer service was great!

I purchased a set of Diamond Audio 6.5 for my Road Glide based on Paul's recommendation. I received the item installed and had to communicate several times with Paul. He was very helpful and did not try to upsell. a few weeks later one of the speakers had an issue. I contacted Paul and without hesitation he emailed me and said return it for an exchange. I have read reviews about how he is always in a bad mood. I have never once had that issue. (Everyone is entitled to have a bad moment) it happens. Will follow up after I receive the new speakers.
