66 Bike Shop Customer Reviews

My girlfriend and I were on the road, from Pine Lake, Alberta Canada, and in need of both bikes needed oil changed. Riding 2 HD baggers with Milwaukee 8 engines. I called Curtis from Henderson HD (because they are useless and barely acknowledged we were there at 9am), and asked if he could help us on the way through. “I’ll get you in as soon as as you arrive”. I literally rode the first bike directly onto the lift upon arrival. And it was obvious he made room, busy guy. He offered us water, Gatorade and other beverages. Not to mention our timing with his lunch coming off the grill 😎 , which he shared (delicious). Great conversation and he loves what he does. That shop had a 50 year old HD chopper, a Honda Trail, Adventure bike and other brands too. Serious skills. Good advice. Thorough and detailed. Thanks Curtis! We’ll stop by anytime we’re nearby. Roxy is a good 🦴 dog.

Curtis is a quality individual and helped me tremendously. I had a broken frame on my bike and he contacted a welder, supplied some tools and advice for free. He wouldn't take money for his help. People like him are getting to be uncommon.

If there was 10 stars 66 bike would get them all !!! I was heading Vegas north of Kingman ,hit a metal bed frame ,at a high speed ,laying across the highway. After I counting my blessings ,I called Curtis not knowing anything . he came right out immediately ,put my bike on his trailer ,got me off the byway and back to his shop . By the time I got out of the bathroom he had the tire and rim ordered and repairs scheduled for when parts arrived . Amazing service you rarely, if ever see in anymore in todays biz environment .He has to be the go to guy in kingman Many many thanks Curtis -R

This guy, Curtis, was nice and polite, picked up my bike, said I would hear from him in about two weeks. I didn't. I called him, he said he was getting to it, to call him the following week. I did. He then said it was going on the lift that day and he would call me. He didn't. Called him again - polite every time - he said he was looking at it and would call me. Then over three weeks after picking it up, he shows up with my bike on a trailer at my office, untouched, "I don't want to work for you." So, it sat there at his shop for three weeks, I was always polite to him, and this is what I got. Called him up to ask for an explanation, and he hung up on me. So I would avoid this place. I don't know what your problem is, Curtis, but I respectfully suggest that's not exactly the best in "customer relations."

This is the single best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Curtis is the most, dedicated, honest, generous guy in this business. I was broken down with a blown piston. He picked me and the bike up, offered me his truck. Searched endlessly to find parts I needed locally to help get me back on the road. This guy saves people stranded on the side of the road. Seriously folks, call this guy for your repairs.
