I can't recommend Hamza at Elite Auto Garage enough! If you're looking for an honest, kind, knowledgeable, reliable, and skilled mechanic, he’s the one to trust. I have an older Mini Cooper and I was nervous about finding someone who would be able to work on these cars since they require European parts; however Hamza was able to work on the car, diagnose the issues and source the necessary parts expeditiously. My car was ready extremely quickly considering how much work it needed. From the moment I brought my car in, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explain everything in detail, making sure I understood what needed to be fixed and why, taking special care to show me the parts and explain with a visual. He even FaceTimed with my dad to explain the mechanics. His pricing is definitely fair, and his PDF invoicing system for quotes is incredibly thorough — he doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary services like some other shops as he explained to me in detail which issues needed to be done right away and which could be done at future visits. What truly sets him apart is his transparency and communication throughout the entire process. I was able to reach Hamza by phone and text whenever I needed to communicate throughout the process. Thus, I felt completely confident that my car was in good hands. I’ve hemmed and hawed at the thought of finding a good mechanic over the years, but Hamza is now my go-to for any car issues. Highly recommend!

Excellent personalized car services!! They checked my European car, answered all my questions, fixed my cooling system promptly, the trunk lift support, other details and I was advised very well. They are honest, professional, reliable, affordable and this is extremely hard to find when you’re a woman. They prioritize taking care of you and your car. I’ll come back for my service, oil change, and they can fix everything for me!! 10/10 I highly recommend German Auto Clinic of Hollywood, the best of LA!

This place is genuinely amazing. They were all thorough and respectful and go above and beyond in examining the car troubles and finding the solutions! Shoutout to Gustavo, Carlos, and Hamza for getting my car settled. They had helped me throughout this time and it was amazing service and affordable!

Hamaz is amazing. I am so impressed with his service. I had to go to work and he gladly took me at the spir of the moment. He sent me a video and pictures of his findings. The price was a lot lower than I expected. No hidden agenda. When it came time to pick up my car he showed me the parts he replaced and the parts removed. People if you don't have a good mechanic or do have one...leave that one and go to the best. Hamaz will be my mechanic from now on.

Hamza is the man. He's honest about what needs to be done to the vehicle. He'll show you the problem and then show you the completed work and run you through what had to be done and why, without the customer asking. And hes patient and polite.
