Zach and Mike are the best. They are both very professional. I flew in from out of state and was visiting family in Omaha with my mom. Unfortunately her pick-up didn't start, and we called 3C on a Sunday. They came out right away to diagnose the problem. Thankfully they were able to fix the problem on Sunday so we could we could go to my mom's house. We thought the price was very fair and reasonable. My mom has been recommending them to people she knows who are traveling to Omaha and has recommended them to family who live in the Omaha area. Thank you Zach and Mike your work and honesty are the best and much appreciated.

Zach and his partner were incredibly helpful and responsive when my car was stuck in a parking lot and needed a battery replacement. They answered my initial call, obtained the battery and were at my car within an hour. The jumping and replacement took less than 15 minutes and was fairly priced. I can’t express how kind and accommodating they were. I would definitely recommend their services!

Zach was such a joy to work with and really helped me out when in a tight spot. He was able to look at my car next day and was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy when helping me out! Being a person who knows nothing about cars I’m always nervous about who I can and can’t trust but I didn’t feel this was AT ALL with Zach and he was able to communicate everything to where I understood it and didn’t upsell me on anything. His pricing was also extremely fair! 10/10 recommend for anyone needing any car repairs or maintenance!

We were in a real bind, stranded in Omaha (from KC) on a Sunday after getting crap gas at a local station. We had little options for help or service being a Sunday.We came across 3C 24 hour service and Zach was warm and empathetic right from the start. They take care of you like family and explain everything going on so you truly get what is happening under the hood. They are transparent and wonderful to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had a fantastic experience at this auto mechanic shop! The owner was incredibly nice and took the time to inspect our car thoroughly. He quickly identified both rear brake problems that we weren't even aware of. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us peace of mind.
