1 USA COLLISION CARE, LLC Introduce

1 USA COLLISION CARE, LLC, situated at 1931 Point Breeze Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19145, USA, operates as an "Auto Repair Station" primarily specializing in collision repair and auto body work. This establishment, like others in its category, provides services and corresponding goods for sale related to restoring vehicles after accidents or damage. This introduction will offer an objective overview of the shop's environment, its probable services, distinguishing features, and any insights into promotional information, based on the provided customer reviews and general industry knowledge for such a specialized facility.

Environment and Location

Located on Point Breeze Avenue in Philadelphia, 1 USA COLLISION CARE, LLC benefits from a relatively central and accessible position within the city. This area typically combines residential and commercial properties, making it convenient for local residents and those in need of body repair services after an incident. As a collision repair center, the physical environment of the shop is designed to handle vehicles with significant damage, ranging from dents and scratches to structural repairs. You would expect to find a large workshop area equipped with specialized tools for bodywork, including frame straighteners, welding equipment, and a paint booth. The environment prioritizes functionality and the intricate work required for vehicle restoration. While a reception or waiting area for customers is typical, the primary focus is on the vehicle repair itself. The exterior of the shop would likely be indicative of an industrial or commercial auto service facility, designed for practical vehicle entry and exit. The availability of phone numbers, (215) 551-5588 and +1 215-551-5588, provides direct contact for inquiries and service scheduling.

Services Offered

Given its name, "1 USA COLLISION CARE, LLC," and the "Auto Repair Station" category, the primary services offered by this establishment are focused on collision repair and auto body work. While a complete list of every service is not available, based on the customer reviews and the nature of collision centers, the following services would be expected:

  • Dent and Ding Repair: Addressing various levels of damage, from minor dents to more significant body deformation caused by impacts.

  • Panel Replacement and Repair: Replacing or repairing damaged body panels such as doors, fenders, hoods, and bumpers.

  • Paint Matching and Refinishing: A crucial aspect of collision repair, ensuring that repaired or replaced body parts perfectly match the vehicle's original paint color and finish. One customer mentioned "painted a few areas that had not even been discussed," indicating their painting capabilities.

  • Frame Straightening: For vehicles that have sustained structural damage, specialized equipment is used to restore the vehicle's frame to its factory specifications, which is critical for safety and proper alignment.

  • Post-Collision Mechanical Repairs: While specializing in bodywork, collision centers often address minor mechanical issues that arise directly from the collision, such as damage to lighting systems (as one customer "took care of my headlights" which may have been a mechanical follow-up), or issues with door mechanisms.

  • Insurance Claim Assistance: Collision centers frequently work directly with insurance companies, helping customers navigate the claims process, providing estimates, and ensuring repairs are covered.

The "goods for sale" would encompass replacement auto body parts, paints, and other materials necessary for collision repair. The focus is entirely on restoring the vehicle's aesthetic and structural integrity after an accident.

Features and Customer Experience

The customer reviews for 1 USA COLLISION CARE, LLC present a stark contrast, highlighting both positive and highly negative aspects of the customer experience. This dichotomy underscores the importance of a comprehensive and objective overview.

  • Successful Repair Outcomes: One positive review details a successful repair of a significant hit-and-run damage where "the front door wouldn't shut." The shop was able to fix the car, and the customer was "always happy with the results on my car." This suggests competency in executing complex body repairs.

  • Price Adherence and Added Value: In the positive review, the customer noted that Andrew, the owner, "quoted me a price and stuck to it," which is a highly valued trait in auto repair. Furthermore, the shop "went above and beyond with his team and painted a few areas that had not even been discussed," indicating a potential commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to exceed expectations on certain occasions. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated by customers.

  • Customer Service Concerns (Major): Conversely, a very detailed negative review describes a severely problematic customer interaction. The customer experienced issues with water retention in their door after a repair, which they attributed to the shop's work. The owner, Andrew, is accused of "screaming at me," telling the customer "to GTFO of his shop," and using derogatory language ("called me white trash") without provocation. This review alleges a complete breakdown in professional conduct and a refusal to address a potential issue stemming from their work, leaving the customer to pay for a subsequent repair out of pocket. This incident, if true, raises significant concerns about customer conflict resolution and overall professionalism.

The stark difference in these experiences indicates that while the shop is capable of performing quality repairs, customer interaction and conflict resolution appear to be highly variable. The negative review explicitly serves as a "warning to anyone who uses this man for services and how he conducts business," urging caution. The positive review, however, highlights the shop as a rare find for quality and integrity in the city.

Promotional Information

Based on the provided information, there is no explicit promotional material, such as discounts or special offers. However, the positive customer review implicitly promotes the shop's ability to deliver quality collision repairs, adhere to quoted prices, and even go "above and beyond." This type of word-of-mouth endorsement, especially for substantial repairs like those resulting from a hit-and-run, can be a powerful driver of new business. The sentiment "People like this are very rare in this city" acts as a strong testimonial, suggesting a unique value proposition for those who have positive experiences.

Conversely, the negative review serves as a significant deterrent, acting as an anti-promotion due to the severe allegations of unprofessional behavior and refusal to address potential follow-up issues. For any business, negative experiences, particularly those involving direct confrontations with ownership, can severely impact reputation and deter potential customers. The available phone numbers, (215) 551-5588 and +1 215-551-5588, provide direct channels for customers to contact the shop, which can be useful for both scheduling and addressing concerns, though the negative review suggests that direct communication might not always resolve issues satisfactorily.

In conclusion, 1 USA COLLISION CARE, LLC at 1931 Point Breeze Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19145, USA, functions as an "Auto Repair Station" specializing in collision repair and auto body work. It has demonstrated the capability to perform high-quality repairs, adhere to pricing, and even offer additional value on certain jobs, as evidenced by positive customer feedback. However, a highly concerning negative review points to significant issues with customer service, particularly in conflict resolution and professional conduct. Prospective customers considering 1 USA COLLISION CARE, LLC for their collision repair needs should weigh these contrasting experiences and potentially seek further information or clarification before committing to services.

1 USA COLLISION CARE, LLC Customer Reviews

"Please read this post before you go here" Received an oil change at a neighboring mechanic. He accidentally dented my driver side door when he backed the car out of the shop. I took the car to Number 1 USA auto body shop at his recommendation. My car was fixed no problems. 3 days later there was a major rain storm & afterwards I heard water sloshing around at the bottom of my door every time I breaked and accelerated. Took vehicle back to number one USA auto body shop and told Andrew (the owner) There was a clog in the door somewhere and it wasn't draining properly. He said it had nothing to do with them, I said it absolutely did & that there was never a problem before in 5 years of driving. He proceeded to walk up to my face within an inch screaming at me. Told me to GTFO of his shop. As I was leaving he called me white trash which I did nothing to provoke. I just wanted my car fixed. Which I did later and paid for out of my own pocket (clogged door drain holes with paint) and hopefully the original mechanic will reimburse me. This is a warning to anyone who uses this man for services and how he conducts business Please beware!!!

My wife was driving to pick me up and became victim of a hit and run. Your insurance does not cover damage to the car, so I was stuck going out of pocket. This was not minor damage either, as the front door wouldn't shut. Andrew quoted me a price and stuck to it. That was not the best part though, it went above and beyond with his team and painted a few areas that had not even been discussed. I took care of my headlights. People like this are very rare in this city, and I'm very grateful to have had my work done there.

They have great service, I just moved to Philly and my Audi got hit and they fixed it perfectly for me! The second time it was scratched, the tail light was broken, I compared other prices, they charge less than others.

The guys in this shop are crooks. They would try any trick to extort money from you. They lack integrity. Their business practice is unethical. They tell you one thing & once you bring your vehicle, switch up & increase thr price. If you don't agree to their price & decide to take your car elsewhere, they'll try to extort money from you even without working on your car. Do not go here.

STAY AWAY!! These guys are crooks. They refused to give me an invoice of parts and labor, and magically it added up to the insurance companys estimate, which was made before any work had been done. When I asked them about this, they say they won't give return my car to me. Now I have to get the police involved and file a lawsuit.
